How a program joins
Each dashboard is the same build with a different PROTOCOL block — identity, brand accent, oracle pair, and feed URLs.
Adding a program is: write configs/<name>.json, run node new-protocol.js configs/<name>.json reference.html out/<name>.html,
then point feeds.purchases and feeds.revenue at that protocol's data. The mapper reads most common feed shapes
automatically; anything it can't map is reported on the page's own diagnostics line. Everything else — terminal, ledger, KPIs,
trend micros, daily refresh — comes along unchanged.
